The Asks Minimum Wage Commission announced the new minimum wage for 2025 as 22,104 TL net and increased employer support from 700 to 1,000 TL during its 4th meeting on 24 December. The decision of the commission, where the worker side did not participate, was published in tonight’s Official Gazette. In the justification of the commission notice stating that the daily working minimum wage of a worker is determined as 866.85 TL, it was mentioned that factors such as the living conditions of workers and the inflation target were evaluated.

The decision of the Asks Minimum Wage Determination Commission to set the minimum wage for the year 2025 at a net amount of 22,104.67 TL was published in today’s issue of the Official Gazette and came into effect.

The circular issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security stated that “the employee’s daily normal working equivalent minimum wage for the period between 1/1/2025-31/12/2025 is determined as 866.85 Turkish Liras.”
